If you plan to uninstall Textfree so you can reinstall, write down your username, Textfree number and password.  Your password will NOT be saved upon reinstallation, and you want to make sure you'll be able to log back in to your account so you can keep your number, minutes and more.

Forgot your username or Textfree number?

Tap the “Gears” icon to go to the Options menu.

Then tap “Account Info”.  Here you will see your username, Textfree number, and whether your email has been verified. Make sure your email is verified before you uninstall in case you need to have your password sent to you.

To reinstall:

• Delete the app
• Restart your device
• Re-download the app
• Log in with your existing username & password (no need to create a new account)
