If you're experiencing any sort of harassment from any of our users, please follow the steps below to address the issue. If you are under 18, please have your parent or guardian assist you. This applies to both Pinger users and non-Pinger users.
 

What to do if you are receiving inappropriate text messages

• First, take a screenshot of the offending text message(s), then block the sender from texting you (follow the link for instructions). We won't tell them you've blocked them.
• Then, if you'd like to report a Pinger user, email abuse@pinger.com with the phone number(s) that have been bothering you. If you are a Pinger user, include your account information as well.
   

What to do if you are receiving inappropriate calls 

• We currently do not offer call blocking. The simplest thing to do first is, don't answer the call.
• Email abuse@pinger.com with the offending Pinger phone number(s). If you are a Pinger user, include your account information as well.
  

Please note that in both situations, we cannot give out user information without a proper subpoena from law enforcement. This is in accordance with our  privacy policy.
