IF YOU ARE RECEIVING HARASSING AND THREATENING TEXTS OR CALLS AND YOU BELIEVE YOU ARE IN PHYSICAL DANGER, CONTACT YOUR LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT IMMEDIATELY.

Using our service for abusive behavior is explicitly against our terms and conditions and anyone caught doing it can get their account disabled immediately.
Click here or email abuse@pinger.com to let our Support team know about any Pinger users that are abusing our service.

If you are NOT using Pinger, and you'd like to block a Pinger user:

The easiest and fastest way to block someone is to text "STOP" to their number without the quotes or anything else in the content of the message. We will reply back to you with a message asking you to confirm. This will completely block their texts AND calls.

If you block someone by mistake, you'll need our help to undo the block.  Submit a request and once we verify that you really are the blocker and you want to undo the block, we'll take care of it for you.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Make sure you have no signature along with your message or this will not work.

If you ARE using Pinger and would like to block someone:

Press and hold the tile for that contact. When it appears, press the red X on the tile. You will be asked if you would like to delete or block that person. When you do this you will block them from texting AND calling you. This will block contacts who are both using Pinger, and not using Pinger (texting you from a regular number).

If you have more questions, or need help with something, or click here to submit a request for help.
