I tried buying stencils it said it downloaded but i never got them. I have tried both reinstalling and plugging it into a compiter. Any other shggestions?

Some times u have to plug it into a computer and back it up

I ended up deleting the app from my iPod, then reinstalling it. You can reinstall without having to buy it again, and when you reinstall it should have all the extras you downloaded.

I downloaded the beach pack and it took my doodle bucks and says it is downloaded and is no longer available but I do not have the background or any of the stamps
