What's a "Tile"?
With your permission, Pinger accesses the contacts saved to your device so you can communicate freely & easily. In the app, your contacts appear on your Main Screen in a form we call “Tiles.” 

How do I add a Tile?
Anyone you talk or text with in your address book will be automatically added to the Tiles on your Main Screen.

If your contacts aren't being automatically added:

• Go to "settings" (the little gears in the bottom left corner of the Main Screen)
• Scroll down and make sure the "auto add tiles" toggles is switched on
   

How do I remove a Tile?
If you’d like to remove a contact from your Main Screen, just tap and hold down on the Tile until they start wiggling (this is Edit Mode). You’ll see a red X pop-up in Edit Mode for each Tile. Clicking the red X will remove that contact’s Tile from the Main Screen, but won’t delete them from your address book.

Scroll down in your app! Your new Tiles may be hiding below your old ones. 

How do I move the Tiles around my Main Screen?
To move Tiles around, press and hold any Tile, and you go into Edit Mode. You’ll know you’re in Edit Mode because the Tiles will wiggle and a red X will appear for each contact. You can drag the Tiles around and then press "finish" when you’ve got them where you want them.
