The easiest and fastest way to block someone is to reply "STOP" without the quotes or anything else in the reply to any of the texts that were sent. We will reply back to you with a message asking you to confirm.
If you block someone by mistake, you'll need our help to undo the block. Submit a request and once we verify that you really are the blocker and you want to undo the block, we'll take care of it for you.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Make sure you have no signature along with your message or this will not work.
To block someone while you are using Textfree, you can follow these instructions:
1. Find your conversation with the person you'd like to block in your Textfree inbox, and slide your finger across it.

2. A red "Delete" button should appear. Tap on this button.

3. After tapping the delete button, a menu should appear. Choose to "Block the User" to prevent their number from sending you any more text or picture messages.

Log in to Textfree Web. To the left of the number you'd like to block, you will see a grey circle with a line through it. Click this and it will turn red, indicating that you've successfully blocked this number.
