The iTunes App Store handles all of our in-App purchases. Sometimes the App Store may have errors. The first thing you could try is logging out of your account, restarting your device, and logging back in.
If you still aren't seeing your minutes after trying this, please send a copy of your iTunes receipt or a copy of your iTunes Purchase History with your missing purchased minutes to our Support team. You can email them to support@pinger.com or you can "submit a request" for help and our Support team will get back to you. Once they have a copy of your receipt or purchase history, they can manually enter your missing minutes into your account for you.
Here are instructions on how to get a copy of your iTunes Purchase History: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2727
Here are instructions on how to take a screenshot: http://take-a-screenshot.org/
Or, if you would simply like a refund, please go to the iTunes App Store support: http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact.html
If you've been waiting a while and still aren't seeing your minutes appear in your application, follow the instructions below...
No minutes after watching a video?
Contact our Support team by clicking "submit a request" or emailing support@pinger.com. Let them know your Pinger number and a detailed account of the ads you watched to expedite the process.
No minutes after completing an offer?
At the bottom of the Offers Screen in the app, you can tap on "Missing Voice Minutes?" to be taken to a form to contact our partner Tapjoy. On the form, enter your information and specify what offer you selected.

If you have more questions, or need help with something, click here to submit a request for help.
