When you're ready to share your doodle, tap the "wrench" icon to go to Options.  You can "Share" via email, or save to your Photo album.

If you want to send your doodle via text, try Textfree Voice + VM FREE in the iTunes App Store.  It lets you send free texts, free pics, make phone calls, and your friends can leave voicemails!  (Incoming calls are free!)
