I purchased minutes and didn't get them...
The iTunes App Store handles all of our in-App purchases. Sometimes the App Store may have errors. The first thing you could try is logging out of your account, restarting your device, and logging back in.
If you still aren't seeing your minutes after trying this, please send a copy of your iTunes receipt or a copy of your iTunes Purchase History with your missing purchased minutes to our Support team. You can "submit a request" for help and our Support team will get back to you. Once they have a copy of your receipt or purchase history, they can manually enter your missing minutes into your account for you.
Because of the high usage of our product, there may be some delays in getting minutes from our "Earn Free Minutes" section. In some cases 2 or more hours. If you've been waiting a while and still aren't seeing your minutes appear in your application, follow the instructions below...
No minutes after watching a video?
Contact our Support team by clicking "submit a request" or emailing email@example.com. Let them know your Textfree number and a detailed account of the ads you watched to expedite the process.
No minutes after completing an offer?
At the bottom of the Offers Screen in the app, you can tap on "Missing Textfree Minutes?" to be taken to a form to contact our partner Tapjoy. On the form, enter your information and specify what offer you selected.
