Can I receive verification calls or texts?

Verification calls and/or texts are supported to Pinger numbers, but only with a paid subscription to Pinger Plus. Accounts that do not have an active Pinger Plus subscription will be unable to receive verification calls and/or texts.  

If you are not on the "Plus" subscription, in the inbox you will see a message with "Unlock Verification Short codes" as pictured below (first line): 

You can also subscribe by going to Pinger Settings and selecting "Pinger Plus" under the Subscription section.

Important: Some service providers do not support Pinger phone numbers as a Two-Factor Authentication method. If you have a subscription & receive an error or do not receive a code, we recommend you check with the provider to confirm they support Pinger phone numbers.

Note: Telegram shortcodes are not supported with a Pinger Plus subscription.

If you don't have an active Pinger Plus subscription, you can still receive various messages from shortcodes, excluding security verification/validation messages.
