If you are a Textfree Web user and you have blocked someone, all you have to do is send them a message. Sending a message to a blocked contact will automatically lift the block.
If you do not know the phone number of the person you blocked, please email our support team at email@example.com with the following information:
1. The approximate date and time when the block was set
2. Your phone number
3. Your password
With this information, our Support team will be able to lift the block for you.
