If you are using Textfree and would like to block someone

The quickest way to block someone is by sending STOP in the message to them. Be sure to remove any signature in the message. When you do this you will block them from messaging you. This will block contacts who are using or not using Textfree.

Block from the Inbox:

1.Swipe left on the conversation

2. A couple of options will show, tap the block option

3. A message will pop up confirming that you want to block this person. If you do, tap block

Please Note: Once you block a user, the entire conversation will be removed from your inbox and you will not be able to retrieve those deleted messages.

If you are NOT using Textfree, and you'd like to block a Textfree user:

The easiest and fastest way to block someone is to text STOP to their number. Do not include anything else in this message. We will autoreply back to you with a message asking you to confirm. This will completely block this user from sending messages to you.

To remove a block:

To remove a block you've set, just send your contact another message. You will be able to send and receive messages as normal.
