To save you some time from having to submit a request to our support team, you can now close your account in a few easy steps. Simply do it yourself from within the app.
If you're on Android OS version 8.44.x or later, please follow the instructions below to close your account:
- Within the app, tap the "Gear" icon to access your settings
- Scroll down and tap Get Help
- Click on 'Close account'
- If you are having any trouble with the app, contact our support team before deactivating. If you are not having trouble, and you still want to close your account, tap 'Continue to Close Account'
- Finally, choose a reason for wanting to deactivate your account, and confirm your deactivation by tapping 'Close Account' one last time.
Please note: Simply uninstalling the app will not close/deactivate your account. You will need to follow the steps above to make sure your account is removed.
Once you deactivate your account, you cannot reactivate it yourself. Send a message to email@example.com with your username in order for us to reactivate it for you.
