There are a variety of offers you can complete through TapJoy to obtain free minutes for calls, such as reaching a certain game level of answering surveys. It's very important that you complete these 100% to receive the total minutes they are offering.
If you've recently completed offers through our partner TapJoy, and have not received minutes, first try logging out of your account, then back in. It may just take a few minutes for the minutes to appear on your account.
If you still do not see your minutes, please follow the instructions below for further troubleshooting.
To inquire about your missing minutes:
- Pinger app Settings
- Tap Get Minutes (you can see your current number of minutes in red to the right)
- Tap Other Offers to be redirected to TapJoy's site
- From there, tap the menu icon (top-left) of the TapJoy screen
- Tap the Help & Support section
- Tap General FAQ
- Scroll down and tap the 'I completed an offer but didn't get my rewards' FAQ article
- Read over the info, and contact TapJoy Customer Support to inquire about your missing minutes
