How to unblock a number

Note: If your account is blocked/restricted and you'd like to submit your account details for our Support team to review, please fill out the form HERE.

If you have blocked a number and would like to remove that block, please send the blocked contact a text message. Doing this will automatically unblock them, and you will then be able to send and receive messages as normal with that number. 

If you do not know the phone number of the person you blocked, please reach out to our support team with the following information:

1. Your Pinger number.
2. The approximate date and time when the block was set.
3. Any parts of the blocked number you can remember.

FYI: Pinger does not contain a blocked numbers "list" so if you need to retrieve a previously blocked number, please submit a request to Pinger Support with the information above.
