Does Pinger support call waiting?

If your carrier supports call waiting, then the Pinger app will support it to an extent, but the experience is a bit different than you may be accustomed to when using your native number. This is due to Pinger using a different process (VoIP) to connect calls.

If you're on a call when another call comes in, you'll have the option to:

• 'End and Accept' or
• 'Decline' the call

You will not have the option to put the current call on hold and answer the other - no switching between calls is supported with VoIP calling. 

Note: Please ensure that call waiting is not disabled through your device settings. Settings may vary, so we advise contacting your carrier for help.
