Mobile Chat
While logged into your Pinger mobile account, fill out a few details (name, email, and phone number on the account), and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
iOS:
- Pinger Settings.
- Under General, select Support.
- Select Chat.
Android:
- Pinger Settings.
- Under General, select Get Help (Android).
- Select Contact Us.
- Select Chat.
You can email us directly from within the Pinger app:
- Pinger Settings.
- Under General, select Support (iOS) or Get Help (Android).
- Select Email Support.
- Enter a brief description of your issue and attach any relevant screenshots if available.
If you aren't logged in or don't have the Pinger app, you can email us at support@pinger.com (please include a subject line and a description of your request with any relevant account details in the body of the email).
Web Browser
Locate the bubble at the bottom right of the Help Center to search for relevant Help Center articles to find answers to your questions.
If you still need help, you can select "Leave a message" to submit an email ticket to Pinger Support.
Submit a request
Use the Submit a request form to email your request to the Pinger Support Team. The form can be found at the top of the Help Center and the bottom of each article.
