In-app Chatbot
Chat with the Pinger bot to find answers or submit an email request quickly.

- Pinger Settings.
- Under General, select Support.
- Select Chat.
Android:
- Pinger Settings.
- Under General, select Get Help (Android).
- Select Contact Us.
- Select Chat.
Email us directly from the app
Within the Pinger app:
- Pinger Settings.
- Under General, select Support (iOS) or Get Help (Android).
- Select Email Support.
- Enter a brief description of your issue (or question) and attach any relevant screenshots if available)
Browser
Locate the bubble at the bottom-right of the Help Center to interact with our chatbot to find answers to your questions.
If you still need help, you can select "Get in touch" which will allow you to "Leave a message" to submit a ticket to Pinger Support.

Submit a request
Use the Submit a request form to send your request to the Pinger Support Team. The form can be found at the top of the Help Center and at the bottom of each article.
