When using TextFree Web, we recommend the following Browsers, Browser versions, and Operating Systems to enjoy the smoothest Web-based texting experience possible:

Tip: If you are experiencing performance issues with TextFree Web, we recommend clearing your browser cache & cookies as this step tends to solve the majority of Web-related issues.

To clear your cache and cookies (Chrome):

1. Visit https://messages.textfree.us/login
2. Click the icon to the left of your URL, but still within the search bar.
3. Click on Cookies and Site Data
4. Select Manage On-Site Device Data
5. Select the trash can icon beside messages.textfree.us
6. Refresh the web browser
