Can I use a VPN with Pinger?

We do support the use of a VPN (Virtual Private Network) with Pinger as we understand and respect your right to privacy. However, we have seen instances of abuse with VPNs in the past and thus some common IP addresses associated with VPN services have been blocked due to abuse-related situations. 

If your IP address is blocked, you'll be unable to use Pinger and may notice you're unable to send and/or receive text messages or calls. The only way to resume using the app is to disconnect from the VPN. 

Note: Our applications are only intended for the United States and Canadian residents while they reside in the United States and Canada. VPNs should not be used to mask international usage as this contributes to VPN network blocks.
