1. Reserve your Number 

Keep your Pinger number permanent without the worry of losing your number due to inactivity with a Pinger Plus subscription. 

2. No Ads

Your Pinger app will be free of inbox ads with a Pinger Plus subscription.

3. Change your Pinger number 

With a Pinger Plus subscription, you can change your number. For steps on how to change your number, click HERE.

Please note: Number changes are limited and depend on your subscription status, recent activity, and account history.

4. Shortcode/verification code support 

With a Pinger Plus subscription, you will be able to use your Pinger number as a way to validate registrations with various entities (where this option is unavailable with a Pinger "free" account).

Important:

• Pinger doesn’t limit the types of phone calls you can receive. However, certain companies may not allow you to use your Pinger number for verification, thus you may not receive the code.
  • Note: Telegram shortcodes are not supported with a Pinger Plus subscription.
• This is not something that is imposed from our end, so we recommend contacting the service provider who is sending the verification texts to see if they support Pinger phone numbers.

New customers: When you register for a Pinger account and subscribe to Pinger Plus, you will default to the monthly subscription.

Customers who subscribed to Pinger Plus prior to Nov 30th, 2021:Your pricing will remain at your current rate so as long as you do not cancel your subscription or have a lapse in payment. 

Note: If you are switching to a yearly subscription (from a 1-month or 6-month subscription) you will be charged by your app store immediately. This change will be reflected in your app store account and in Settings (under subscription). 

How to subscribe: 

If you are a Pinger user who does NOT have a Pinger Plus subscription currently, you have the option to subscribe monthly. Here's how:

You can subscribe to Pinger Plus by performing the following:

1. Access Pinger app 'Settings'
2. Under Subscription, tap UPGRADE 'Pinger Plus'

3. Tap 'Subscribe' to sign-up for Pinger Plus
4. You will see 'Thanks for subscribing' which indicates you have successfully subscribed to Pinger Plus monthly. 

6-month or 12-month subscription

Note: To switch to a semi-annual or yearly subscription, you must first subscribe to the MONTHLY Pinger Plus subscription, then you can UPGRADE to a longer subscription via Apple's subscription page. You cannot choose. 6 or 12-month subscription during signup or from Pinger app Settings. 

How to upgrade your subscription length via Apple: 

1. iOS Settings.
2. View your Apple ID.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. From there, you can switch to a 6 or 12-month subscription.

Important about subscriptions: 

• The weekly subscription is not available for iOS customers at this time.
• If you change your subscription length (e.g., move to a 6-month or yearly subscription from monthly), you will be charged for the NEW subscription price IMMEDIATELY. Because of this, we recommend not making the switch until your renewal date (to avoid being charged for the new subscription pricing until you are ready)
