How subscriptions work
When you purchase a subscription through our app, the transaction is handled directly by the Apple App Store.
Billing: Charges are applied to the payment method linked to your Apple ID.
Management: Because we do not store your credit card details on our servers, you can view your subscription details, update payment information, and see your full purchase history directly within your device settings.
How to check your cost, renewal date, and receipts
Need to know when your next payment is due or how much you’re being charged? You can find this information in just a few taps:
Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap your Name at the top.
Tap Subscriptions.
Select our app to view the price and the upcoming renewal date.
Note: Apple also sends an itemized receipt to your registered email address after every successful charge.
How do I change my payment method?
By default, the same payment method you used to purchase the subscription will be charged for renewals. If you need to update your card on file or add a new payment method, you must do so through your device settings.

How do I cancel my subscription?
If you no longer wish to continue your subscription, you must cancel it through the App Store. Please note that uninstalling the app does not automatically stop your subscription.

Do you offer other ways to pay (like PayPal or Direct Credit Card)?
Currently, we only support subscriptions through the Apple App Store. We do not offer alternative billing methods or direct invoicing at this time. However, Apple support a number of different payment methods - see the link below for more details.

How do I move my subscription to a new app store account?
