If you were previously subscribed to a lower subscription rate but your subscription was canceled, you may be able to restore your old rate via Pinger Settings (Settings > Tap "Restore Purchase") .
If that doesn't work, you can try via your iPhone Settings:
- iPhone Settings
- Tap iTunes & Apple Store
- Tap your Apple ID
- Tap Subscriptions
- Tap your subscription
- Under Options, if you find the cheaper rate, tap on it to re-subscribe to that rate
Please note: For iOS users, purchases on our app are managed by the App Store. We do not have control over your old subscription pricing, so if you don't see the lower-priced option, it means it is no longer offered, and you can only subscribe at the current rate listed in the App Store.
