Issue Symptoms
You receive the "Request failed with error 7064" error message pop-up when attempting to log in to a Pinger account.
Cause & Resolution
Your account has been blocked by our security filters.
Common reasons for this block:
- You created or attempted to create multiple accounts: please log in to your previously created account instead of creating a new one.
- You are accessing the service outside the United States or Canada: please wait until you are back in the U.S. or Canada to regain access.
- Your account was created from an account not downloaded from the iTunes or Google Play Store: please delete and reinstall the app from the official app store.
- Your device appears to be tampered with, compromised, or automated (from a bot): our system does not allow the use of devices with these attributes.
Unfortunately, Pinger Support will not be able to lift the block on the account. If you continue to experience issues after following the steps above, there are no additional workarounds available.
