Cause & Resolution
If you received a 1005 error code, our security filters have flagged your device due to an active MDM (Mobile Device Management) profile.
To resolve this, please disable the MDM profile on your device before trying again.
To disable the MDM profile:
- Go to your Device Settings
- Tap Security
- Tap Device administrators
- Find your MDM / EMM profile
- Toggle it off
Once disabled, please try completing your registration or login again and the error should no longer appear.
