Unfortunately, closing an account can only be done through the TextFree app. However, you currently have two options for closing your account if you primarily use TextFree Web for texting.
Two options for closing your account:
- Mobile: If you have the app downloaded on a mobile device, you can alter your account status via Settings. You can either temporarily deactivate it, or permanently delete it.
- TextFree Support: Contact our support team from your verified email and we can close the account for you if you do not have access to TextFree mobile app.
